Written for the National Theatre’s Shell Connections Festival in 2005, Chatroom is, sadly, still relevant today. Five teenagers communicate through the internet, discussing everything from Britney Spears and Willy Wonka to self image and suicide. The themes of peer pressure, bullying, suicidal thoughts and teenage issues will resonate with adults and young people alike. Please note that this funny, sad, thought-provoking and challenging play, contains some bad language and sensitive issues that are not suitable for young children. Age 12+
