You don’t have to be on stage to play an important part at The Little Theatre. Our volunteer members help every performance run smoothly by welcoming audiences, working behind the bar and looking after the building.
Join our bar team
Our licensed bar opens at 7pm during Dunstable Rep productions, visiting company performances and selected social events.
The bar is run by friendly volunteer members, and no previous experience is needed; we’ll show you everything you need to know. It’s a fun, sociable way to support the theatre, meet new people and become part of the team.
Become a hall manager
Every performance needs a hall manager to welcome audience members, help them find their seats and support their safety throughout the evening.
Hall managers remain in the foyer during the performance and are on hand if anyone needs assistance. Full training is provided, so you don’t need any previous experience. It’s a rewarding and essential role that makes a real difference to every audience’s visit.
