Good Wives, adapted by Peter Clapham from Louisa May Alcott’s sequel to Little Women, follows the March sisters as they step into adulthood and face love, ambition and independence. Meg, Jo, Amy and Beth must each decide what happiness means in a world with clear expectations of women. Romantic, warm and quietly feminist, the play celebrates female voices, sisterhood and the courage to choose your own path. With wit, heart and rich ensemble storytelling, Good Wives explores love in all its forms – between sisters, partners and oneself – offering a timeless story that still speaks powerfully today.
